Silica-encapsulated strontium aluminate scarification seems to be a big deal right now. I’ve made a graph to compare the glowiness of the 50ish micron powders from Dangerous Things and Abysswalker.
UPDATE: most of these powders have been found to be UNSAFE to implant due to heavy metals (yttrium). I got lucky since the only safe colours are green and aqua, as of 15/05/26
